A: Yes, online technical support is available after sales, if it’s necessary, offline support can be negotiated.

Q: What is your sample policy?

A: Free sample service for individual product（Customer pay freight）, specific products please communicate with sales

Q: Do you offer customized products? (ODM/OEM)

A: Yes, we do. We can put your logo on the products if it’s requested, but the quantity of the items have special requirements

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
